Yam Pla Kla-pong (Canned fish salad)


Ingredients.
Canned fish (any brand).
Onion
Lemon grass
Onion and coriander
Parsley
Paprika
Lemon
Fish sauce

How do
All the onion garnish parsley, onion, coriander and lemon grass, chilli, sliced thinly and Soi provided.
Opened canned fish, fish sauce and lemon filling mix together the sour taste salty.When the desired taste.
Then cut out the above ingredients to sprinkle on the fish, mix the cans provided.This is simply eaten with hot rice
